Thanks Paul, your feedback and support means a ton. Almost finished with setting the scene in Part One, and I'm looking forward to Part Two and exploring what can be done. Hope the writing continues to resonate (and that you'll call bullshit when it doesn't!)

And there is the rub. The flip side is that too many want to change the world as long as it doesn't impact their oppulant, comfortable life. I have difficulty with society...because so few are not hypocritical....so few know what they want ...and strive to get it...to embrace it. Am I different? I try. Do I succeed...I don't know. But I try to put my money where my mouth is so to speak.

There definitely seems to be a number of people who are fine with receiving the benefits of modern society yet balk at some of the hard, participatory work needed to make sure the wheels don't fall off the wagon. Or maybe that's classic 'things were better back when...' thinking and it was always like that. Either way, the fact that you've devoted time and energy to think about service as a broader good speaks volumes, even more so since I know you continue to look for ways to serve and even more importantly, follow through.
